I was going to start with and inspirational quote, then i thought, no life can't be summed up in a

quote. It's true and raw and individual, much like us.

So I am going to tell you a bit about me so you can hopefully answer some of those questions.  I am 

first and foremost a mother, a wife and a horse lover. I am also one of the Co-founders of Equine

Partners.

As a little girl I always knew I was going to do something with horse and also wanted to do something

that made a difference. Over the years I have worked and volunteered in many different areas such as Rescue Centres, Riding for the Disabled, Parenting groups, Youth work, Accountancy and HR roles (including for the British Bobsleigh Team!), and Shop work. Nothing quite fitted right. 

 

In 2012 I attended an NLP diploma course with Money Puzzle Training and Consultancy and this opened my eyes to a different way of thinking. As I progressed through my Practitioner and Master Practitioner courses I explored where i wanted to go with my career, which lead to me starting Equine Partners with Fran.

Someone once described my coaching style as 'putting on my wellies and getting in there with the client' and they are right.

I have always seen myself as a facilitator of other peoples dreams. Whether they are horse related, to do with your career or if there is something standing in your road to getting what you want.  As your coach my priority is ensuring that you feel able to say wherever you need to say and feel safe to explore your own path. I am always happy to jump in an help you through the tricky stuff, and will also stand back and let you explore in the confidence that you have a safety net.

As a horse owner & lover I fully understand how important your confidence is and how this can affect your dreams. I am passionated about supporting fellow horse lovers to move forward to doing what they love again. 

​

One of my other favourite areas to work in is career dreams. Having travelled this journey myself I have learnt lots of tricks and techniques to help you find the right path to your dream job and find the first steps to getting there.

I truly believe we all have all the answers we need, sometimes we just need help finding them or a different way of looking at things - this is where I come in. The other part of what I do is to help you set yourself up for success.

​

Some of the things I can help you with are Phobias/difficult life experiences, unhelpful beliefs, confidence, careers, unhelpful strategies or habits, getting rid of blocks in the road, difficult relationships, personal development, goal planning. 

​

Each session and how long the sessions last are different for everyone and their needs. As a guild most sessions are usually between 1 - 1.5 hours long. Some things will only require one session, where as other things may require more.  We will of course discus this as we progress and you can chose how far as you wish to explore.
