 Fran Hibberd 


Co-Founder & NLP Master Practitioner


Fran is employed by Equine Partners CIC Part-Time has been around horses for many years, buying her first horse, Prince in 2010, who regularly takes part in the EAL sessions.


Fran has a degree in Health and Social Care including specific modules in working with Children, Families and Teenagers & is an INLPTA-Certified NLP Master Practitioner. Fran works with teenagers on a daily basis and previously worked in schools providing pastoral support.


Fran is a Certified Equine Growth and Learning Association (EAGALA) Practitioner. This certificate is renewed every 2 years in order to ensure continuing professional development, and practitioners must sign up to the organisation's code of ethics. She also assists with the pony share and horsemanship courses and is a first aider.


Fran is the Director responsible for child/vulnerable adult protection matters and all concerns are reported to her. Fran is Social Care trained in Child protection procedures, and has the responsibility and obligation to refer to West Sussex Social Care if a concern is raised.  


Currently Fran is the person primarily responsible for liaising with funders and booking sessions with the beneficiaries. She does all the administration and accounts for the project.

  • Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master Practitioner
  • Solutions-Focused Brief Therapy 21 hours training and practice regularly
  • Has ridden and then owned horses for most of her adult life
  • Has a background in accounts. Her last post in that field was as Manager of an accounts department for a company with a £6 million annual turnover
  • Fran works for West Sussex Social care and is trained in child protection procedures
  • Fran holds a first aid at work qualification
  • Fran  holds a clean licence which allows her to drive small horse boxes and trailers
  • Fran is DBS checked
