Jo Marshall

 

Co-Founder & NLP Master Practitioner 

 

 

Jo is employed by Equine Partners CIC Part-Time and has more than 25 years

experience in looking after and working with horses.  She holds many Equine

Qualifications including her Parelli Natural Horsemanship Level 3 Online and

Liberty, and Level 2 Freestyle, BTEC National Diploma in Equine Studies,

BHS Stage 1 & 2.

 

In the past Jo has done volunteer work with both the Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA), and local rescue centres. She also has a wide range of experience in both Finance, HR and administration roles including working for a local community project.

 

  

 

  

 

 

   Jo Facilitates our Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) and Therapeutic Horsemanship 

   sessions using her horse skills and her skills as an INLPTA Certified NLP Master

   Practitioner.

 

 

   Jo’s primary responsibilities are the planning and delivery of the Pony Share 

   sessions and the day-to-day care of the horses. She manages the horses' working

   hours assessing their physical fitness and mood to ensure safe participation for them

   and the beneficiaries of our sessions.  She also responsible for the horses'

   training, development, and mental and physical health.

 

 

 

 

 

Jo is responsible for Equine Partners CIC Social media profile, designing and writing the content of the website, managing our Facebook page, and other social media and newsletters. She also designs and coordinates all our publications and branding.

 

Jo’s horses Bella, Queenie, Kira, Charlie and Tom are on loan to the project.
